*Everyone of us reacts differently to different approaches to training. A huge part of becoming a triathlete and becoming a better triathlete comes from consistent work - and trial and error too.
It's recommended to make changes incrementally. That's particularly true when increasing the frequency and volume of training. Give yourself time to adapt. Learn to listen carefully to what your body is saying. Don't hesitate to modify a training session. It's far better to take it back a notch than risk an injury.
